I am a dynamic and results-driven executive with a deep commitment to empowering businesses and entrepreneurs. My extensive background in business management, sales, and operations has positioned me as a pivotal figure in a network of entrepreneurial companies, consistently driving growth and sales efficiency across multiple sectors.

My journey began at Northwest University, where I played semi-professional rugby while pursuing a BCom in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, followed by an Honours degree in the same field. In 2015, I established my first brokerage firm, focusing on life cover and later expanding into comprehensive commercial insurance solutions. My expertise in the insurance industry allowed me to rapidly grow the business, showcasing my ability to identify market needs and deliver tailored solutions.

After three successful years with my own firm, I was headhunted by a leading insurer to take on an executive sales position. Here, I developed sales teams and drove business growth, selling more than 12,000 policies across various market segments. My role involved not only sales but also operational optimisation, which honed my skills in simplifying complex business processes and enhancing efficiency. I then transitioned to a company where I sold insurance, labour services, and BEE consultation services. Realising that clients were paying more than they should for commercial insurance, I began focusing on additional benefits to ensure they received value for their money. I also homed in on employee insurance and minimising risk for both companies and their employees.

Looking to the future in my role as Managing Executive at Greater Corp, my vision extends beyond conventional metrics of business growth. I possess a talent for understanding the intricacies of business operations and a passion for statistics. I see myself growing alongside my clients, developing both myself and the businesses I work with. I am driven by people, aiming to work tirelessly side by side and hands-on with my clients to grow their ventures into highly profitable enterprises.

Outside of my professional achievements, I am family-oriented and enjoy golf, fishing and social events. My hobbies reflect my love for the outdoors and my sociable nature, making me approachable and relatable to clients and colleagues alike.
