- In depth discussions with clients discussing how the cover chosen works together with policy requirements.
- Regular meetings or meetings when requested by clients.

- Finding solutions for 2 complex risks with a total asset value of R 900 million and R 2 billion respectively.
- I have a very high success rate on claims submitted being paid.
- Customize cover for many clients between different product offerings to provide better solutions for clients.
- Provided better solutions/cover for many clients when I assisted clients with quotations with a better premium they paid for previously.
